This stunning engagement session in the village of Sundridge, Muskoka with Alana and Andrew was one of our favourites for 2022. These two incredible humans reached out to us to do their wedding and this engagement session was a part of their package. Alana is a hairstylist and Andrew is a barber! Both of them are such talented creatives and when Alana booked us for their wedding we booked her for my hair for my wedding and it turned out absolutely stunning! Capturing her wedding for her and having Alana there on the morning of my wedding meant so much. It was one of those amazing meant to be moments!

    

Since they chose our package that includes an engagement session, we always encourage our couples to choose a location that has some sentimentality to them and they chose Alana’s family cottage in the summer. This gorgeous cottage sits right on Lake Bernard and had the most peaceful energy that we felt throughout the entire session. We started at the cottage with some snuggles with their adorable puppy Leo, danced on the dock and got some chill moments on their porch. From here we headed to a lookout point nearby and finished at this gorgeous beach where the sun set over the water. This final portion of the session with the beautiful golden setting sun is our absolute favourite! The gorgeous golden light is everything!
   
   The way that Alana and Andrew move together is perfect in every way. With every touch, every movement was matched by the other and it was so beautiful to capture! Their smiles and the way they fit together shows how powerful their connection is and we are blessed to have met them! They are such sweet souls, thank you for letting us be a part of your journey. We have gained two great humans in our life!
